suggestions please

Does anyone have any suggestion on how to clean Adam's incision after surgery. I think it might be impossible to clean it because when I try to get him dressed he runs away. Do I give him a bath in the tub or sponge bath? Please help.

    spounge bath! He's big enough to splash dirty water on the wound. Hopefully he won't be getting TOO dirty for the first few weeks anyway. Maybe give him a sippy cup to drink while he's laying down getting a quick spounge off? That might be the only way i could get my son to do the spounge bath at this point. Hope it helps!
