Big Boy

Little Adam likes to eat at the table instead of his highchair. He refuses to eat if we put him in there. I am having a problem with him choking on his food even though it is cut up really small. Has anyone had this problem with their children if so what did you do.? My son Justin had his speech therapist here at home and Little Adam started choking and she had to get it dislodged.
